What we collect

To take and fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and the configuration you chose. We keep order records for accounting and support purposes.

Payments

Payment is processed by Shopify. Card details are entered on Shopify's checkout and never pass through or get stored by our systems.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages and products get looked at, and where people leave. The same Google tag also reports those events to Google Ads, which is how we tell whether an advert led to an order. Between them they set cookies in your browser and receive the page you are on, the product and price involved, and whether you added something to the cart.

They never receive your name, your address, the text you type into a configuration, or anything you enter at checkout.

We have turned off ad personalization and Google's cross-site signals, so this measures our own site and our own adverts rather than building an advertising profile of you elsewhere. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can turn personalized advertising off in your Google account settings.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. See Do not sell or share my personal information.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it through our contact page.
